Due to cool weather on Saturday, we are cancelling the float. Instead, we will complete a 6mile, easy/medium hike in Forest Park Trail (11:30-2) followed by late lunch (2:15-4ish) in Skyline Tavern.

The hike will start at Firelane 3 Forest Park at 11:30 (near Skyline Memorial Gardens Funeral Home). You can find at the intersection of NW Thunder Crest Dr & NW Skyline Blvd. If people want to Carpool (and plan to do full event of hike and tavern), meet at St Michael the Archangel @ 10:50 to carpool, leaving at 11:10 (20 min drive). Anyone not interested in carpooling, park in the Neighborhood across the Skyline blvd from Thunder Crest Dr @ 11:30am. We would like people to park in the neighborhood with the streets NW Meares Dr & NW Devoto Ln. 

After parking, carefully walk across Skyline Blvd and gather at the beginning of NW Thunder Crest Dr. We plan to hit the trail at 11:45. The trail will likely take around 2 hours. After hike is done, drive 2.6mi (5mins) to Skyline Tavern. We aim to arrive around 2:15pm. We would love to meet people there to have snacks & drinks before heading back to St Michaels & home.
