UPDATE January 11, 2023:
With the help of your generous contributions, our Courtyard Project is advancing. As of this weekend, we have so far raised, $27,258. That means we only have $11,813.13 left to cover this project. Any funds we raise over and above the cost for the courtyard will go toward renovating the bathrooms in the parish hall.

Dear St. Michael Parish Family,

At Thanksgiving and before Christmas, we ask the community to support a specific need of St. Michael Parish. In recent years, requests have alternated between assistance to our Works of Mercy programs and toward much needed facility improvements. This year, please consider helping to enhance the courtyard located next to the church and library.

Project includes

• Placing a grotto in honor of the Virgin Mary.

• Developing a prayer path leading to the new Cor ad Cor chapel in the lower level of the rectory.

• Relocating and upgrading the power transformer, as it had become partially submerged and the utility company could no longer open or monitor the equipment.

• Planting new trees, ground cover, and flowering shrubs.

Total cost will be $40,000, and the project is almost completed.  Donating to the courtyard project will help replenish parish savings used for these expenses to-date.

If we exceed the goal, remaining funds will be allocated for future maintenance needs. We are starting the process of remodeling the Balestra Hall restrooms, which as you know, need some love!

The St. Michael Parish community has been extremely generous in the past, so I thank you in advance for making this project happen, and for your ongoing support.
